Following the PhD in Organisational Learning and Leadership from Lancaster University Management School, I have worked as a Head of Learning and Development and a Learning Consultant for other 20 years. What I find most fascinating is the way organisation learn collectively and how they retain and amplify their knowledge wealth. Within the context, the subject of learning engagement I find particularly powerful. How is that that we design, structure and deliver the learning spaces so that they lead to action? Throughout my career, I was fortunate to write and debate these ideas on multiple occasions.

I also continue to support companies with various learning initiatives, mainly focusing on coaching for public speaking and designing and facilitating interactive spaces (workshops, meetings, events).
